Line Break fix for Business Contact Info

Line breaks added to the Business Contact Information field were not being respected when sending letters or emails. These line breaks were being converted to spaces but this has now been fixed.

Other fixes:

- The button "Adjust Schedule" on the calendar page was redirecting everyone but administrators to an invalid page. If you are a practitioner, clicking this button will now send you to the right page. If you have another role on the system, you will no longer see this button.

- Selecting or changing the patient on an invoice will now display a message if this patient has an outstanding balance. This message was only being shown when creating an invoice from the calendar page.
