While Cliniko can automatically send SMS Appointment Reminders to your Patients, there may be a time when you need to communicate with someone quickly, and sending an email just won't do the job. Luckily, you can easily send a one-off SMS message to your Patients, straight from their Details page! Here's how to do it.
- Select a Patient
- Click on the Send SMS message link, which will be displayed under their mobile number
- Type your message and be sure to click the Send SMS message button
- You'll see a green success message in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, which indicates the message was sent successfully
That's it! You've just sent a one-off SMS message to your Patient. You'll be able to view a log of this message (and others!) in your Communications log.
