Behind-the-scenes improvements to Practitioner Performance Report

For a while now we have received complaints from some of our customers that the Practitioner Performance Report isn't loading correctly. This happened because Cliniko tried to load all of the report's data in one go, but this process was complex enough that the request would time out in the middle of it if your account included more than a handful of practitioners.

We have now changed that report by making it so its data is loaded over several requests instead of just one. This all happens behind the scenes, so the report's appearance, information and controls look and work exactly as they did before.
