One of our highest priorities here at Cliniko is ensuring that all our data is 100% accurate at all times.
We’ve recently realised our treatment notes do not preserve a practitioner's name like it should. What we mean by that, is that if you change a practitioners name, the name on all previous treatment notes changes too.
We’ve now made a change so that treatment notes will store the practitioner's name exactly as it was on record at the moment it was written.
Unfortunately because we’ve only just implemented this now, all treatment notes previously created will be “preserved” to the current practitioner name.
We're always looking out for ways to improve and evolve Cliniko to bring you the best experience so you can focus on what you do best!
