New changes to letters management

You can now allow receptionists and power receptionists to view letters written by others, just like practitioners and admins.

You can enable this permission in Settings -> General Settings. Just untick the box under 'Restrict viewing letters' and your receptionists and power receptionists will have permission to view all of the letters you've created.

You can also now send a letter using the account email address, as well your own user email address.

    Can we get the same thing with Medical Alerts? Receptionists should be able to (or have the option to) add/remove/edit Medical Alerts, as they are usually the ones checking people in and receiving and entering registration form details.
