Syncing Practitioners invoices to separate Xero revenue accounts

We have just released an exciting improvement to our Xero syncing.  You can now sync practitioners invoices to specific Xero revenue (sales) accounts!  

By default we will sync invoice line items to the "Default Xero sales account for invoice items" which is set up in "Settings -> Integrations".  

If you would like to sync practitioners to specific Sales accounts in Xero follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Settings"
  2. Under "Our clinic" select "Users & practitioners"
  3. Click on the practitioner you would like to set a Xero account for
  4. Under "Xero sales account", select the account you want to sync the practitioners invoices to.
  5. Click "Update user"
  6. There is no step 6!

Please note, if you happen to have Xero sales accounts set for specific products and/or billable items, the items sales account will be used instead of the practitioners revenue account for that invoice line item.
