Appointment export "Created At"

If you've ever tried to create a report based on when your appointments are being created, you've probably noticed that there isn't a "created at" in the appointment export.  We've fixed that!

Now if you want to see when patients are using your online bookings, or what times your phones are busiest with booking new appointments, you can do that!  You'll also be able to track how much advance time patients book for their appointments.
