Emergency Maintenance - Thursday 18th February 2016 at 5am AEDT (UTC +11:00)

Over the past few weeks I've been working on migrating Cliniko from our data centre in the USA to Australia. Last Sunday (14th February), the migration work was completed successfully. We have since identified some issues on the database that are negatively impacting the performance of Cliniko, and regrettably, we have to have an emergency maintenance window to apply some changes.

We will be having the emergency maintenance on Thursday 18th February 2016 at 5am AEDT. The maintenance will be for 30 minutes. Cliniko will be unavailable during this time.
To help out, I've listed the start times for the maintenance in various regions:
  • UTC (GMT): Wednesday, 17th February at 6:00pm
  • Auckland, New Zealand: Thursday, 18th February at 7:00am
  • Melbourne, Australia: Thursday, 18th February at 5:00am
  • Perth, Australia: Thursday, 18th February at 2:00am
  • Cairo, Egypt: Wednesday, 17th February at 8:00pm
  • Johannesburg, South Africa: Wednesday, 17th February at 8:00pm
  • London, United Kingdom: Wednesday, 17th February at 6:00pm
  • New York, United States: Wednesday, 17th February at 1:00pm
  • Vancouver, Canada: Wednesday, 17th February at 10:00am

In order to cover your time while we're down, there's some preparation work that you can do to make sure you still know what's on for your day! Here's some suggestions:
  • Print or download your Appointment Schedule for the day in Reports -> Appointments Schedule;
  • Need your Patient History for the day? You can use the Patient History button to pull out all of your Patient Notes in one easy PDF;
  • Online Bookings will unfortunately be down too, so it might be good to let your clients know that it's best to call you on that day.
It's my job to keep Cliniko up and running and working optimally. In doing so, we have as little planned and unplanned downtime as possible, and I'm truly sorry that this will be the 3rd window in as many weeks. I value transparency and once the dust settles on these performance issues, I will be publishing an overview of the migration to Australia, it's challenges and what's next.
I'm sorry for the hassle with this and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email our super support team to discuss these changes.
EDIT: Fixed London time.
