Setting Up Concession Prices

After you've added your Concession Types, the next thing you'll want to do is give them prices! Here's how to get that set up.

  1. Head to the Settings tab
  2. Click on Billable Items
  3. Select the Billable Item that you'd like to apply a Concession Price to
  4. Add any price into the Concession Price field -- each Concession Type can have a different price
  5. Click the Update billable item button

  6. Look for the green success message indicating that the billable item has been successfully updated

You're all done! What this all means is that when you create an Invoice for a Patient who has a Concession Type assigned (and you add any Billable Item with a Concession Price to that Invoice), that Patient will automatically be charged the at the Concession rate.
