Edit your Business Information

When signing up for Cliniko, we'll input your Business Name and Country into the Business Information area. However, you may need to add more details such as your Address or Registry Number or Contact Details! Here's how: 

  1. Head to the Settings page
  2. Click on Business Information
     
  3. Click Edit business information for the Business you wish to change.
  4. Fill in your business information.
    HINT: if you plan to include this in your online bookings, you'll need to have all information filled out.
  5. Don't forget to click Update business!

    For appointment reminders using SMS or email the full address does not include the passcode how can this be enabled?

    Hey Nick,

    Sorry to take so long getting back to you! You can get that post code in there using the post code placeholder. Just select that from the "Business" drop down under Settings → Appointment Reminders. It looks like this:{{Business.PostCode}}.
