Recalling Patients

After you've assigned Recall Types to your Patients, you'll definitely want to know who needs to be Recalled, and when! It's easy to obtain a comprehensive list of all your Patients who need to be Recalled. Here's how to do it.

Run a Recall Report

  1. Head to the Reports tab
  2. Under Patients Reports, click on Recalls
  3. Set your Report Parameters

    HINT: you can select a specific Recall Type, a specific Business, or a specific Practitioner -- or simply run a report for all Recalls!

  4. Click the Create report button

  5. All Patients who need to be Recalled within the parameters you've set will show in the resulting table

    HINT: if you'd like to mark a Patient as Recalled right from this list, tick the boxed under "Recalled." This will also display on the Patient's details page, so you can know who Recalled the Patient, and when.


That's all it takes to run a Recall report and see which of your Patients need to be Recalled! Don't forget -- before running a Recall report, you'll need to be sure to create your Recall Types and assign Recall Types to your Patients!
