My Practitioner Information Didn't Save

As a Practitioner, you'll set up some important Practitioner Information, such as Availability (which will reflect on both the Admin Calendar and Online Bookings calendar). There may be occasions in which you need to change your Practitioner Information (such as setting up new Availability), and it can be easy to miss a few key pieces of information that could prevent things from saving correctly!

For example, if you edit your Availability and notice that your new schedule isn't reflected on the Admin Calendar and Online Bookings calendar, there will be just a few things to check.

The Password Field

Some browsers will automatically save your password (hidden, of course) in the one of the Password fields on the Practitioner Information page. It can be easy to miss this, and when you try to save your settings, they won't properly save because a password in just one field won't be recognized. 

If you see this:


and then you try to save your updated settings, you'll be met with this:


Unless you're wanting to change your password, you probably won't want to have both of those fields filled in! Just remove the password from the field that it's in and try saving again. 


Another factor that can prevent your Practitioner Information from saving is an incorrect or invalid Break time, or setting your Start time and End time up in an incorrect format (such as 08:00 to 08:00).

If your Start and End time don't correlate properly, you'll be met with this:

If your Break time falls outside of your working hours (such as starting before your Start time or starting after your End time), you'll be met with this:

If your Break time is "invalid" (such as starting and ending at the same time), you'll be met with this:

Improper Break times will result in your Practitioner Information not saving. To ensure that your Break times are set up properly, you'll want to make sure that they start and end within your regular working hours, and/or that they're set in a valid range (i.e. 12:00 to 12:30, versus 12:00 to 12:00).

Name or Email Address

The First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields are all required to be filled in. If you're missing any of these, you'll be met with something like this:

Just be sure that those fields are filled in, and you'll be able to properly save your settings!

When your new Practitioner Information settings are saved successfully, you should see this Success Message show up in the lower right-hand corner of the screen:
