On occasion, you may need to edit the details of your Patients. Perhaps they have an updated email address or a new phone number -- it's easy to change this!
- Head to the Patients tab
- Select the Patient that you'd like to edit by using the search bar to find their name
- Click the Edit details button
- Note the "Editing patient" header at the top of the page; this means that you're in "editing mode" and can change the details
- When you're finished, click the Save patient button
- You'll see a green success message indicating that the Patient was updated successfully!
That's all there is to it! Your Patient's details will now be updated. If you changed a phone number or email address, all Appointment Reminders (both Email and SMS) and Confirmation Emails (if you have these turned on) will now be sent to the new contact information for your Patient.
