Bug Fix for Practitioner Revenue Reports

We released a fix for a bug that would cause the practitioner revenue reports to crash if the user viewing them had the "Practitioner" security role but wasn't a practitioner in Cliniko. The report will not crash any more, and will instead show up as empty. Users whose security roles give them full access to those reports, and users who are practitioners in Cliniko should still be able to access the reports as normal.
