Bug Fix for Appointment Confirmations

When an appointment was edited several times in quick succession, and in the process changed to a type that doesn't send out confirmation e-mails, a confirmation e-mail could still be sent anyway.

We added an extra check to the confirmation logic to prevent this from happening.

    Can you apply a similar fix to back dated appointments? If i add an appintment in yesterday for example it will still send a confirmation email to a client.
