Bug fixes associated with appointment invoices

We’ve fixed an issue that was allowing invoices to be deleted when they shouldn’t have been.

We have also updated the warning message relating to deleting an appointment. Previously it said that deleting the appointment would delete any associated invoices and payments. Invoices and payments associated with any appointment will not be deleted along with the appointment. We have updated the warning message to reflect this.
