Your first patient just arrived, and you want to process them in Cliniko. Here's exactly what you'll need to do.
Mark patient as arrived
- Click on the patient's appointment
- Click Arrived
Not only will this place an icon on the calendar so you can track which patients have arrived, but it will also notify the practitioner of the patient's arrival with a little pop-up window and a ringing bell
Update Patient details
- Click on the patient's name
- Click Edit details
From here, you can update the patient's information, including Date of Birth, Phone numbers, email address, Occupation, or billing information.
