Add Your Logo to Invoices

Adding your logo to invoices is easy! You can also add it to letters and treatment notes if you'd like!

Before getting started, it's best if you have your logo ready to go and stored in an easy-to-find place, such as your desktop or documents folder.

  1. Head to Settings.

  2. Head to Documents & Printing.
  3. Click the Choose file button
  4. Select your logo file
  5. If you'd like to display your logo on letters and treatment notes, you can select "Display logo" under the settings for one or both of those documents
  6. Click Save Documents & Printing Settings down at the bottom.
    This will refresh the page, and you'll be able to see the logo that you just uploaded.

 

Once you've uploaded your logo, you can select the size in "points." This will adjust the height of your logo.

    Is there any way that we can adjust where the logo is re: left or right at the top of the page?

    Hi Lisa! The best way would be to add some white space to either side of the logo. If you want to send your logo and more information on how you want it to look to support@cliniko.com we would be happy to fix it up for you.

    Hi, can we add a "footer" logo to the letter?

    We use a digital letterhead so would love to make this version uniform for all outgoing correspondences.

    Is there an logo file size that works best/ looks best? In pixels, I mean. I'm getting a designer to make me a really pretty header with our current details on it.

    It would be nice to be able to turn the logo off for printing but leave it on for pdf emails. We print on letter head but I obviously want to keep the branding when I'm emailing a letter to someone.
