How to Export Mac Contacts for Use in Cliniko

Have a Mac and want to get your contacts into Cliniko? Just follow the steps below!

Launch Contacts

Launch Numbers

Select New Document

Open_and_Cliniko_Support___Add_Article-3.png

Select Blank then Choose

Template_Chooser_and_Cliniko_Support___Add_Article.png

In contacts select the contacts you want to move over or press CMD-A to select them all.

Drag and Drop into numbers

Do not worry if you do not see all of your data. Through a bit of Apple Magic it is there!

In Numbers, Click File then Export then CSV

Select Unicode (UTF-8) as the text encoding to ensure compatibility with Cliniko.

Select Next  then name the file and press Export
