Fix when syncing zero dollar invoices with Xero

We just released a small update which fixes an issue when syncing zero dollar invoices over to Xero.

Before this update, if you had an invoice that was 100% discounted (so, the total was $0.00), it would successfully sync to Xero ... however, if you then edited the invoice you would receive a Xero sync failure message.  This was due to the fact that Xero had marked the invoice as PAID, and you can't make changes to PAID invoices in Xero.

With this update, we no longer try to "re-sync" changes made to zero dollar invoices.
