Bug fix when editing invoices which have synced to Xero

Another Xero update for you.  It appears that we introduced a bug with our recent Xero updates, so sorry about this!  Some users may have noticed duplicate line items on invoices in Xero when they have edited a previously synced invoice.  This issue has now been fixed.  

If you did experience this, just edit the invoice in Cliniko and re-save, it will re-sync to Xero.  However, if a payment has already been applied to the invoice, you will need to fix correct the invoice in Xero manually.
