Bug fix for sms forwarding to email

We have fixed an issue with SMS forwarding. If a patient replies to your SMS message and you've set up forwarding to your email address, we include the appointment start time on the body of the email. This appointment start time was not considering your account time zone, and would be displayed as if you were in AEST (even if you were not). This has now been fixed.
