Bug Fix for Placeholders in Letter Templates and Email/SMS Messages

We recently discovered a bug relating to placeholders in letter templates and email/SMS confirmations and reminders. If you updated your templates or messages between Friday, October 3rd and Tuesday, October 7th, any emails, SMS messages, or letters that were sent out would not have displayed the placeholder text (i.e. {{Practitioner.FullName}}, as an example). 

We have corrected the bug, but we recommend that you double-check your placeholders. If you do not see them, it is possible that messages and letters that were sent out to your patients or clients between October 3rd and October 7th would not have included the placeholder text. If you re-add the placeholders and save, your templates and messages will be back to normal.
