We've just released an update that many of you have been asking for! Cliniko now tracks all changes made to appointments.
I need to come clean though, we actually released the code that tracks these changes a few days ago. So Cliniko has been storing all this interesting information behind the scenes already.
We kept it a secret because we wanted to make sure it was working well and be sure it's something we could keep.
So... it's working well and something we're going to keep!
What this means is that we have stored all appointment changes that have occurred since a few days ago and of course all changes moving forward. It also means you won't see any changes from before then. Sorry!
To see the change history for an appointment:
- Go to the Patients tab and choose a Patient.
- Choose Appointments in the menu on the left.
- Click View Log.
