Forwarding email bounces

When you send an email to a patient - whether it's emailing an invoice, or an appointment reminder, or a letter - if their email address is invalid or bounces back for any reason, we receive a reply.  We're now forwarding that reply to you via email so you know the patient's email bounced back!

This can be really useful in situations when you've accidentally typed the email in incorrectly, or any other time their email bounces back.

The messages will be sent to your clinic's "Email From" email address.

    Does it happen that you wouldn't receive a bounce back when an email address is incorrect? I've had patients ring me to say that they didn't receive their booking confirmation email, and I never got any notice that it had bounced.
