Changed permissions for Practitioner Security Role

The practitioner security role no longer has access to the upcoming birthdays or patients without upcoming appointments reports.

We have more flexibility coming soon for the practitioner security role, however we felt this change was required and couldn't wait.

    What is the reason behind this issue?

    We've had some customers concerned that practitioners could use this as a way to put together a patient list from the system. We felt this was important to address immediately.

    Joel, great work form your team on this one. I think this is a great idea.

    One more thing would be "Daily Payments" report should NOT show other practitioners revenue only practitioner own, or remove it?

    @Fergus... Bart is working on a couple of other changes that you're going to like re: permissions for practitioners.  They aren't too far away.
