Send Appointment Reminders for selected Appointment Types only

We have just released a setting which allows you to chose if appointments of selected Appointment Type should be included in reminders or not.

All current and new Appointment Types are set to be included in reminders by default.  However you can change it whenever you like.

Here's how it works:

1. Go to Settings > Appointment Types and select Appointment Type you want to edit.
