We just made a small change to our billing system. If for any reason your Cliniko subscription payment fails, Cliniko will now automatically give 10 days for you to get it sorted before deactivating your account (deactivating doesn't mean deleting, it does mean you'll have very limited access though).
Previously this was set to 5 days, but we've found that isn't always enough time to deal with banks. We hope this helps and takes a bit of the stress away if you're ever in this situation.
Note: As always, we can intervene manually still. We never want you to be without Cliniko if you're using it, so you can always get in touch to discuss. This is just the default automatic procedure.
