Fixed issue with calendar not live updating and patient arrived bell not working

We just fixed an issue that caused our calendar to not live update and our patient arrived bell to not "ding".  This was due to an infrastructure change we made yesterday that turned out not to be compatible with the way we were handling this.

We have re-written this functionality to work with the new infrastructure and all should be back to normal.

Sorry for the inconvenience with this, we know how relied upon this functionality is.
