There is now a warning on the calendar if your screen is zoomed in or out

The appointment calendar doesn't work properly when your browser screen is zoomed in or out.  This has caught a few people out so we have made a change to help.  Now if you are on the calendar and your browser zoom level isn't 100% you will get a warning at the top of the screen and also advice on how to reset it (based on your operating system and browser).
