You can rename Provider # to anything now

Previously we had "Provider #" that appeared on your invoices, but not all of you call it a Provider Number.  You can now rename this to anything.  Just go to "My Info" in the top right of Cliniko to change it.

We also moved some of the general settings into a new business settings area.  This is a step towards our upcoming change of letting you have multiple businesses/locations in one Cliniko account.
