It's now easier to skip payment after raising an invoice

We have made a small change that will make it easier to skip recording a payment after creating an invoice.  This is used most often when a patient isn't paying on the day.  Instead of a "cancel" button, you will now see a "skip payment" button.  This will take you through and back to the invoice for printing even without creating a payment.  It looks like this:


It's only a small change, but we think it will make things a lot simpler when processing payments.
