Patient arrived indicator

As a practitioner, you will now be able to tell when a patient is in the waiting room.

We have added a "Patient Arrived" button to appointments.  When you click this button a little icon of a person will appear on the appointment indicating that the patient is there. When you create the invoice for the appointment, the patient arrived icon will be replaced with the invoiced icon.

    It would be nice to have the option to "undo" this if we happened to choose the wrong patient/appointment.  We schedule every ten minutes, so this does happen...  Thanks!
