A Medical Alert can be a handy device for Practitioners when referring to the Patient Details and Treatment Notes pages within Cliniko. It will be highlighted at the top of every Patient Details page for handy reference on important information. Here's how to Add and View the Alert:
- Select A Patient.
- Click on the Add Medical Alert link.
- Type in your information.
- Hit the Update button.
- You can even add more Alerts!
Medical Alerts are only seen by Practitioners and Administrators, as outlined in our Permissions Matrix. This is because we recommend that you can use this for sensitive information surrounding allergies, historical injuries, or any important reference points that you need to know about!
