Fixed support for Myanmar's currency

Some of Cliniko's transaction reports (like the Payment Summary report) were misbehaving for our customers from Myanmar. This happened because of a bug in a third-party library that helps us with currency support. We have updated that library to a newer version, so the reports should once again be accessible to our Myanmar customers.

The update also caused a momentary error in the business configuration screen, but that has been fixed as well!
