Fix for Practitioner Revenue Reports

A "backstage" change made to our reporting today introduced a bug that allowed users with the Practitioner role who ran the Revenue by Raised Invoices and Revenue by Closed Invoices reports to see invoices for all practitioners, not just themselves. We've just released a fix for that bug, and now those reports behave like they should.
