We just fixed a couple of annoying problems in the Recalls Report! The first one was that it wouldn't show any information when you first accessed it even if this information existed, forcing you to click the "Create Report" button. This has been fixed, and the report now behaves as it should.
The second one was that it wouldn't display recalls for patients without past appointments when you created a report for a certain practitioner or business, because it used a patient's last appointment to build the report. This happened because the report looked at a patient's last appointment for this information. Now it looks at both their last and next appointments, ensuring that a new patient with a future appointment scheduled shows up properly.
